弗雷德里克·道格拉斯（Frederick Douglass，全名Frederick Augustus Washington Bailey，1818年2月－1895年2月20日），是第一位在美國政府擔任美國外交使節的黑人。他主張廢奴，畢生爭取黑人權益。他是十九世紀美國廢奴運動的領袖。他在廢奴運動中他是一個巨人般的人物。
