美國童書作家理查.史蓋瑞
理查.史蓋瑞 Richard Scarry(1919年6月5日 - 1994年4月30日)，生於美國波斯頓，是一位多產的兒童圖書作者。他擅長寫作又能畫圖，一生創作超過三百本作品，被譯成三十種語文發行，總銷售額全球超過十億本，為兒童帶來快樂與知識。
理查.史蓋瑞生長在一個愛與尊重的環境中，所以作品中充滿善良與溫馨。作品中動物們不分和平相處的情境，不但深深吸引兒童們的眼光，連成人也愛不釋手。
