伊莉莎白 (伊莉絲) 考特（Elisabeth (Ellis) Kaut，1920年11月17日 ~ 2015年9月24日）是德國著名的兒童文學作家，其中以普姆克(Pumuckl)最廣為人知，除了圖畫書外並在廣播劇和電視劇出現。
