威廉·布施
威廉·佈施（Wilhelm Busch，1832年4月15日－1908年1月9日）是德國畫家，詩人以及雕刻家，並而其帶有諷刺性的插畫故事聞名。生於鄰近漢諾威的維登薩赫。並先後在杜塞道夫，安特衛普和慕尼黑就讀機械工程和藝術，之後他轉為繪畫諷刺畫。
他於1865年發表首個插圖故事《馬克斯和莫里茨》，並獲得很大的成功。《馬克斯和莫里茨》和他的其他插圖故事作品都被認為是現代連環漫畫的主要先驅之一。美國著名漫畫《Katzenjammer Kids》（中譯：《頑童班》或《搗蛋鬼》或《吵鬧的孩子們》）的靈感就是來自《馬克斯和莫里茨》。
